Are you affilliated with PTV?
No. There is no affilliation between Travalert and PTV.
What is a service-alert?
A service-alert is any alert type you have setup (early, delay, on-time, cancellation, not-running), for any given day. For more information, see the docs here.
How many services can I monitor?
Depends on which plan you select, the basic plan allows you to setup 4 services to watch. The standard plan allows you to setup as many services as you like (you will only be charged for service-alerts).
Do you provide support?
No. The cost of the service is kept low by not providing hands on support. If you have any questions, please check the docs.
Are there native apps?
For now, this is available only as a web app. You can save the site to your home screen on your mobile device for a native app experience.
